1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VERA Fashion AI ("the Service"), operated by VERA Fashion AI ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users of the website at verafashionai.com, the Android application, and all related services.

2. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. By registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Use a valid, non-disposable email address. Disposable or temporary email addresses (such as those from Mailinator, Guerrilla Mail, TempMail, and similar services) are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account rejection.
• Complete email verification as required by the platform.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and not share your login details.
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

You may register using email/password or Google Sign-In. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

3. Credit System and Pricing

VERA Fashion AI operates on a credit-based pricing system:

New users receive 3 free AI generation credits upon registration. Free trial outputs are generated at 2K resolution. Free trial credits are non-transferable and are issued once per account.

3.3 Refund Policy

No refunds are issued for used credits. Each AI generation consumes one credit, regardless of whether you are satisfied with the output. If you experience a technical failure where a credit is consumed but no image is generated, you may contact us for credit restoration on a case-by-case basis. Unused credits remain in your account indefinitely and do not expire.

3.4 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By making a purchase, you agree to Razorpay's terms and conditions. We accept UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and other payment methods supported by Razorpay. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).

4. Intellectual Property and Content Rights

4.1 Your Uploaded Content

You retain all rights to the garment images you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process the images solely for the purpose of generating AI outputs. We do not claim ownership of your uploaded content.

4.2 AI-Generated Outputs

You own the full commercial rights to all AI-generated images created through your use of the Service. This means you may:

• Use generated images for commercial purposes, including e-commerce listings, advertising, social media, catalogs, and marketing materials.
• Modify, crop, edit, or enhance the generated images as needed.
• Distribute or publish the generated images without attribution to VERA Fashion AI.

No watermarks are applied to any generated outputs, regardless of plan tier.

4.3 AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All images generated by the Service are created using artificial intelligence (Google Vertex AI / Gemini). While we strive for photorealistic quality, AI-generated content may contain imperfections, artifacts, or inaccuracies. The generated models are virtual and do not represent real individuals. We make no guarantees regarding the exact accuracy of fabric reproduction, color matching, or fit representation in generated images.

4.4 VERA Platform IP

The VERA Fashion AI name, logo, website design, user interface, and underlying technology remain our exclusive intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload illegal content — including but not limited to content that violates any applicable law or regulation.
• Upload NSFW or explicit content — pornographic, sexually explicit, or obscene material is strictly prohibited.
• Upload copyright-infringing content — do not upload images you do not own or have the right to use. This includes copyrighted designs, logos, or branded garments belonging to third parties without authorization.
• Generate harmful or deceptive content — including deepfakes, content intended to harass or defame individuals, or content designed to mislead consumers.
• Use disposable or temporary email addresses — accounts registered with throwaway email services will be rejected or terminated.
• Abuse the Service — including automated scraping, bot access, attempts to bypass rate limits, or exploitation of system vulnerabilities.
• Resell or redistribute the Service — offering VERA AI credits or generation capabilities to third parties as your own service is prohibited.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, without prior notice or refund, if you:

• Violate any of these Terms of Service.
• Upload prohibited content as described in Section 5.
• Engage in fraudulent activity, including payment fraud or credit manipulation.
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer the Service.
• Use the Service in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair its operation.

You may voluntarily delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Any unused credits at the time of termination (whether voluntary or involuntary) are forfeited and non-refundable.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
• AI-generated outputs will be free from defects, artifacts, or inaccuracies.
• The Service will meet your specific requirements or expectations.
• Generated images will perfectly replicate fabric textures, colors, or design details.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VERA Fashion AI, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VERA Fashion AI and its owners, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

10. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice. This includes changes to features, pricing, credit allocations, and AI model capabilities. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notifications.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nadiad, Gujarat, India. By using the Service, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised Terms on this page and updating the "Effective Date." Your continued use of the Service after the revised Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.
